Processing Services Privacy Policy

What information TabaPay may receive:
TabaPay may receive information on behalf of businesses through a merchant or sub-merchant during the onboarding process including:
- Company Principals: Names, titles, birthdays, residential addresses, and government-identifiers such as a social security number (SSN)
- Businesses: Legal addresses and tax identification numbers (TIN)
How TabaPay may use and share the information:
Under the Bank Secrecy Act as well as state or federal laws and regulations, TabaPay is required to share certain nonpublic personal information (NPI) with financial institutions for use of its payment processing services and under limited circumstances.
Under such circumstances, TabaPay may:
- Disclose and transmit such information to the financial institution for the purpose of providing acquiring sponsorship to merchant or sub-merchant.
- Disclose and transmit such information to third-party service providers for the purpose of assisting the financial institution to meet its obligations under the Bank Secrecy Act and other laws and regulations.
TabaPay will not sell or lease any such information. TabPay might share such information, on a confidential basis, to third-party service providers who assist us in meeting regulatory and legal obligations. NPI is maintained through the course of the business relationship, after which it is stored for a minimum of 5 years.
